Synopsis:
Count Draccas & his evil sister, Zomblee suddenly find they're in a position to inherit lots of cash and valuables, should something happen to Jenny & John, who they have agreed to look after whilst their father is away fighting in the crusades. Not willing to risk getting rid of the children themselves, two henchmen are employed to do the dirty deed and all that stands in their way is the very brave and dashing Robin Hood and his Merry Men, Maid Marion and the fearsome Dame Shuffletoe (The old woman who lives in the shoe).
Babes in the Wood is based on an old 1590 country tale called "The Ballard of Wailing Wood".
